Thank you for being here- I'm so happy you're taking the time to find support! I practice with a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) lens which enables you to create goals for yourself towards a healthier lifestyle. CBT is a powerful therapeutic approach that provides tools to assess your current thought patterns and the behaviors they trigger. I work with clients experiencing symptoms of anxiety and/or depression that make it difficult to continue functioning at their typical level. We work together to create realistic and achievable goals, address thoughts and behaviors that are harmful or unproductive, and develop a plan for growth. I enjoy partnering with clients to provide psychoeducation on mental health issues and therapeutic support during the counseling process.
