About Me
Dana McCray
Licensed Professional Counselor- Supervisor

Welcome — I’m so glad you’re here.

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes that healing happens in a space where you can be fully seen, heard, and accepted. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. Clients often tell me they feel comfortable being themselves in our work together, which I believe is the foundation for meaningful growth and change.

I bring a blend of clinical knowledge and compassionate presence to our work. With years of experience and a strong educational background, I tailor therapy to your unique needs, drawing from a range of evidence-based and body-centered approaches.
In our sessions, I may incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help identify and shift unhelpful thought patterns, Somatic Experiencing to gently reconnect with the wisdom of the body, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to explore and bring healing to the various inner parts of self. These approaches allow us to work not just on the surface, but at a deeper, more integrated level—emotionally, mentally, and somatically.

Therapy with me is not one-size-fits-all. I stay open, creative, and responsive to what’s working for you, and I always welcome your feedback. You are the expert on your life, and my role is to walk alongside you with respect, insight, and care.

If you're looking for a safe, nonjudgmental space to explore, heal, and grow—you're in the right place.
