$150 per 60 minute intake appointment

$135 per 50 minute individual session

*Extended sessions are available upon request for an increased fee

• Medicaid-Colorado Access, RAE 3. If you are not sure which RAE you have, you can contact your representative or I am happy to help you access this information.

I am an out of network provider and for all other insurances. However, many insurance providers may partially or fully cover services depending on your coverage and deductible. I can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. Ask your provider about their policies regarding out of network providers. Employers may also provide financial assistance through EAP programs. Please let me know if you have any questions and I would be happy to assist you in this process!

PAYMENTS
Payment is due at the time of services. I accept cash and all major credit cards.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellations and re-scheduled sessions will be subject to a full charge if NOT RECEIVED AT LEAST 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
